💳 Payment Methods

We currently offer:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) within the UAE

• Online payments (where available)

🚫 Order Refusal (COD Orders)

For Cash on Delivery orders:

• If an order is refused at delivery without a valid reason, shipping and return costs are non-refundable

• Repeated refusals may result in order restrictions

🔄 Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged

• Product is defective

• Wrong item delivered

To request a return:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Product must be unused and in original packaging

• Photo or video proof is required

💰 Refund Process

• Refunds are processed only after inspection

• For online payments, refunds are issued to the original payment method

• For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit

• Shipping and COD service charges are non-refundable

❌ Non-Returnable Situations

• Change of mind after delivery

• Damage caused by misuse

• Orders refused at delivery
